Here we are in mid August, awaiting NCC and their independent valuation of the former Manners Sutton School in Averham.
We should have a basic figure to work with by month end, hopefully if this has not received an automatic discretionary discount as it will be a non profit Community Hub providing services and facilities for those in the area, we will try to negotiate a positive outcome.
Part of this is on the basis that the grounds were donated as a school originally and that the last extension was paid for by the community, hence being called the community room.
